Are the licenses good for a lifetime?
No, each license is good for one calendar year from the date of your purchase and entitle you to Support and Updates during that time. License renewals receive a 30% discount off the normal price.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, take a check or take any orders over the phone.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we will consider refunds, but only in some special situations. You can find more information about the refund policy on the terms and conditions page
Which web browsers do you support?
We officially support the current major release and 1 past major release of the following browsers.. Internet Explorer, Firefox (PC & Mac), Safari (PC & Mac), Chrome (PC & Mac). For example, The current release of Internet Explorer is version 9. That means we will officially support version 9 and version 8. Internet Explorer 7 is no longer officially supported.
Will SendPress work on WordPress.com hosted sites?
No. The WordPress.com hosted platform is closed and you are not allowed to install additional plugins so you would be unable to install SendPress.
Will SendPress work on Joomla or Drupal sites?
No. SendPress has been specifically developed and formulated to work with WordPress. It leverages core WordPress functionality and won’t work on other content management systems. Please note, you can’t use SendPress with the hosted WordPress.com service at this time. We know… bummer.
Where Can I Find My License Key?
If you’ve already purchased a license key and need to retrieve the license number or download the plugin files manually, go to https://store.sendpress.com/your-account and sign in with your SendPress account (used at checkout). Download links and license key(s) are available upon logging in.
What do I get with my license?
Your license grants you access to all of our support resources, documentation, product downloads and pro add-ons for one calendar year from your purchase date.
What do I get for renewing my license?
Renewing your license provides an additional year of support and software updates. This provides peace of mind knowing you can turn to us for SendPress related support and assistance. You’ll also continue receiving software updates to ensure WordPress compatibility as well as great new features and enhancements!
Will SendPress quit working if my license expires?
No way. If your license expires, your emails will still work just fine unless something changes with the WordPress core itself. You just won’t have access to download the plugin, receive product updates, or be able to access new add-ons or awesome product support that we offer. Some features (current and future) may always require a valid license if they use services outside of your WordPress site that cost us money to operate (such as spam checking).
I Need to Download the Plugin Again?
You can either enter your active license key into the settings on the Pro tab of the free version or login to our website with the account you created and download the plugin from the your account page.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Why yes, we do have an affiliate program. It’s pretty lucrative too. You can find more details on the program on the affiliate program page
